In the surrounding area you'll find hundreds of kilometers of excellently signposted cycling and walking routes. Several routes even start directly from Camping Sonnenberg, so you can set off immediately from your camping pitch or holiday accommodation. At reception you can borrow a route booklet free of charge with an extensive selection of the finest cycling tours in the region.

In addition, we have some thirty beautiful walking routes available that will take you through the most beautiful natural areas of the Lüneburger Heide. Of course, you can also plan your own route. It's a pleasure to discover the area at your own pace, especially with the many quiet paths, forest trails and heathland paths. Around every bend awaits another view or a surprising piece of nature.
