In the area, there are hundreds of kilometres of excellently signposted cycling and hiking routes. Several routes even start directly from Camping Sonnenberg, so you can set off immediately from your pitch or holiday accommodation. At reception, you can borrow a free route booklet with an extensive selection of the most beautiful cycling trips in the region.

In addition, we have about thirty beautiful hiking routes available that take you through the most beautiful nature reserves of the Lüneburger Heide. Of course, you can also plan your own route. Precisely because of the many quiet little roads, forest paths and heathland trails, it is a pleasure to discover the area at your own pace. Around every corner awaits a new view or a surprising piece of nature.
